Shipping policy

At Strixea, we offer free shipping on all orders to the United States.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time
Standard shipping takes 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Every Strixea order includes tracking. Use your tracking link to follow your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking number within 4 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@strixea.com.

Shipping Delays
Occasionally delays may occur due to carrier volumes, weather, or customs. These are outside our control but we will always do our best to resolve any issues quickly.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@strixea.com with your order number and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Strixea is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address before dispatch.
